As always, patient safety is our number one priority. We have implemented a number of new protocols to help ensure the safety of our patients and our staff. We are screening all of our patients and asking that any patient who experienced fever, cough, exposure to someone who is sick or has foreign traveled in the last 2 weeks to reschedule your appointment. Patients entering our buildings will be asked screening questions and if anyone is exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 they will be rescheduled. To allow for social distancing we ask that only the patient come to their appointment. Minors can be accompanied by one parent/guardian. Siblings will not be allowed back to the exam rooms. We understand that some patients require assistance of another person and we will try to accommodate you the best that we can. Patients (once checked in) have the option of waiting outside our building or in their vehicles and we will call you on your cell phone when it is time to go back to the exam room.
In addition, we are disinfecting all hard surfaces in common areas of the office multiple times a day. As always, all patient exam rooms are cleaned and disinfected after each patient visit.
