Curious about getting laser hair removal here in Winston Salem, NC?

Wondering whether laser hair removal is the right option for you? Maybe you’re tired of having to shave all the time, or perhaps you’re looking for more permanent results that you don’t have to keep up with as often. There are many reasons people say “yes” to laser hair removal. Here’s what to expect when you turn to our providers for laser hair removal treatment.

What areas are treated with laser hair removal?
Pretty much anywhere that has unwanted hair can be treated with our laser hair removal system. This includes:

  • Chest and back
  • Shoulders
  • Underarms
  • Bikini line
  • Chin
  • Stomach
  • Upper lip
  • Arms
  • Legs

How long does it take?

The length of your treatment will depend on the size of the area or areas we are treating. Smaller regions such as the chin or underarms take a few minutes while larger areas like the chest and back can take anywhere from 30 minutes to one hour. Your provider will be able to give you a better idea of your treatment time during your consultation.

How many sessions will I need?

Most patients will require anywhere from 6-8 sessions depending on the color and thickness of the hair. Since hair grows in cycles, we will need to space each treatment out by several weeks so that we are targeting as much hair as possible during each session. You will also notice fewer, finer hairs growing in between treatments.

Does it hurt?

Laser technology continues to advance, which means that our providers offer state-of-the-art laser treatment including hair removal right here in Winston Salem. While you may feel a slight zapping feeling as the hair is targeted, it’s easily tolerated.
